How It Works

• You’ll receive invitations to participate in surveys and activities
• Each activity shows how many points you can earn before you begin
• If you complete the activity, you’ll receive the full number of points
• Points are added to your account after participation

Earning Points

Points vary depending on the type of activity and level of participation required.

• Quick polls & check-ins: 50–100 points
• Standard surveys: 100–200 points
• In-depth surveys or feedback activities: 200–400 points
• Special opportunities (discussions, interviews, testing): 500+ points

Bonus Opportunities

From time to time, you may be able to earn extra points:

• Early participation – Complete an activity soon after receiving the invitation
• Special studies – Some surveys offer higher rewards based on the topic
• Limited-time bonuses – Extra points for completing a survey within a certain timeframe
• Milestones – Earn bonus points as you stay active and participate over time

Redeeming Your Points

You can redeem your points for digital gift cards to popular retailers or for Geisinger merchandise once you reach 500 points.

That means:

• You can redeem as soon as you reach 500 points
• Or continue to earn points to redeem in larger amounts

Points add up quickly!

• 500 points = $5 reward
• 1,000 points = $10 reward
• 2,500 points = $25 reward
• 5,000 points = $50 reward

Once you redeem your points, your reward will typically be delivered within 72 hours.

How Often You’ll Earn

Most members receive 1–4 opportunities per month. Participation is always optional - you choose which activities to complete.
