What is the Geisinger Health Plan Member Voices Community?

The Member Voices community is a group of Geisinger Health Plan members who have agreed to share feedback through surveys and activities to better healthcare plan experiences, services, and communications.

Why was I invited?

Invitations were sent to Geisinger Health Plan members who could provide valuable feedback. Your input will help shape future improvements. 

Do I have to participate?

No. Participation is always optional, and you can choose which activities to join.

How often will I be contacted?

Typically 1–4 invitations per month.

What kinds of activities are included?

Short surveys, in-depth studies, online discussions, interviews, and testing tools or materials.

Can I use my phone?

Yes, most surveys are mobile-friendly.

Can I leave and return to a survey?

Sometimes - but you must use your original link. There will be some surveys that must be completed in one session, however. 

What if I don’t qualify or the survey fills up?

You may still receive a small number of points as a thank-you.

How do I know if my survey was submitted?

Reopen the survey link - if complete, no questions will appear.

Or check your dashboard under “Available Surveys.” 

How is my feedback used?

For research only - to improve services and member experience. Responses are combined and kept confidential.

Will participation affect my benefits?

No. Your coverage and benefits are never impacted.

Can I leave the community?

Yes - use the unsubscribe link found in emails and the bottom of the webpage, or update your account settings.

Points and Rewards

How do points work?

Each activity will show the points you can earn before you begin.

When do I receive points?

Points are typically awarded shortly after completing a survey.

Where can I see my points?

Log in and visit the Rewards section to see your available points.

How do I redeem points?

Go to the Rewards section, select a reward, and follow the steps.

Are there additional rewards?

From time to time there may be additional giveaways or opportunities to earn bonus points. 

Account and Technical Help

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

  • Check Junk/Spam/Other folders.
  • Add the sender to your safe sender list.
  • Use “Resend confirmation email” on the homepage.

I can’t log in.

  • Upon joining, you will have received an email asking you to confirm your email address. Make sure you’ve clicked through that link and have confirmed your email.
  • Check for typos or extra spaces.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Try another browser or network.
  • Reset your password. 

I forgot my password.

Use “Reset Password” on the login page and follow the email instructions.

How do I update my profile or email?

Go to the "My Profile" section, make changes, and click Submit. You may need to log out and back in for the changes to take affect.

The survey link isn’t working or won’t load.

  • Refresh the page or restart the survey.
  • Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Clear cache/cookies.
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled.

The page is blank or frozen.

  • Wait a few minutes for loading.
  • Refresh the page.
  • Update or switch browsers.

I completed a survey but don’t see my points.

Wait a short time; if points don’t appear after a few days, contact Support@GHPMemberVoices.com with the date you completed the survey.
